Why on earth would you want that?
I suppose there is a chance the FW will sell it on the next rally. It was the only weapon that stood out from our current weapons

Hi Scout Rifles are my #1 Preference in weapons. This particular one has the lowest Aim Assist modifier (I do better the less a modifier I get), and has High Caliber Rounds.

Never thought HCR would make much different on a slow firing scout. But I suppose you are also thinking PVP. I tested it in PVE and it is exactly as any other slow firing scout, there are so many slow firing scouts, none of them seem any different.
