Got all the Future War Cult stuff I wanted. The pulse would've been neat to play with but the new firefly is garbage so the perk would've been disappointing anyway.
I'm probably saying that to make myself feel better, but denial is a wonderful thing...

I would've want that pulse rifle anyway since it was the only one with that perk.
