Sealing spells via scroll to suppress both his magic and his opponents. Strong telepathic influence (while not direct mind control it pretty much really plants a thought or in his case an urge in someone's head) Those who wear him temporarily pass out (yup if he's not mimicking its literally just a robe and knives laying on the ground) Bio: There is very little known about the robe known as Xiao the formless other than it seems new in appearance yet old in design. Those who come near it have a almost unnatural urge to wear it and briefly after pass out only to find a figure with an uncanny resemblance to themselves near them in the same robes.
