I also have not received my Coldheart rifle, nor any of the preorder or deluxe edition content so far. Does Bungie have a support ticket option, or is this forum the only means of communicating? I would love to issue a support ticket if that is in option. And if not, some inquiry into this bug on my account would be greatly appreciated! I understand I am not the only one with this issue. Anyway, I appreciate your time and attention!
