Agree on all points! To fix destiny they have to reduce cool down for grenades melee and super. Everyone should get 2 supers per match and good players could get 3.
That's an easy fix.
Exotics need to be buffed across the board. Exotics should drop less frequently. Easy fix and patch.
The harder part for bungie to fix is to re introduce randomly rolled armor and weapons. There were no balancing issues with armor in D1 only weapons, so this decision never made sense to me... Just minimises customisation.

Exotics need to drop less frequently? Across my 3 characters, I've only had one engram drop ever... Sucks

Heroic events, you can get a legendary engrams straight up every 40 minutes at most. I’ve got over a dozen between weapons and armor already, most of them from heroic events.

I've gotten only two individual weapons aside from quest exotics and coldheart

Really? They drop do often for the majority. Use a fire team medallion to boost the chair and run 5-6 public events your almost guaranteed one

What if they added more perk sets for each weapon/ armor? Instead of random rolls they could start by making different combinations, then add them onto the game. Final solution, maybe not, but it would be a good start.
