Agree whole-heartedly.
I think they'll make changes, honestly. They aren't going to undo everything, but they could do a few things to bring this game back to glory.
Turn trickle off
Turn juggler off
Introduce strike specific loot
Bring back random rolls and scratch the mod idea, or make the mods more robust (I'm thinking explosive payload mod, firefly mod, etc.)
Make Lost Sectors so hard that you wouldn't dare go in without friends, and make the Sector boss interesting with specific loot.
Make the Raid more rewarding. At least get rid of the chests after each encounter. Just give players the glimmer and tokens automatically. Don't make us stare at a giant chest full of broken promises of loot.
Anyway, good post. I think you've pretty much summed my feelings up. Hopefully Bungie listens.

Yeah. The drops system is not very fun. But... For me, my biggest gripe with raid reward is the loot does not feel related to raid content/different from regular guns. I think that if we could get "speciality" gear out of the raid, we would be more incline to accept the loot system...

Iago, I love the way your foul little mind works. Good ideas, I would also like them to not make every Nightfall a friggin speed run, I like to kill everything and take my time. I'm not into speed running thru everything and the problem is that I'm not familiar enough with stages because I don't do enough strikes (I don't think the rewards are worth it).

My hope is they include exotic mods that add perks to weapons and armor. Those mods being based on type of weapon as well as class. Example is that You want explosive rounds on your Uriels Gift. But you get a solar w/explosive rounds for submachine guns - keep grinding.

Can we please attach more than one mod? It's silly that the only mod I can put on a kinetic weapon is a +5 attack mod, seems like a wasted opportunity.

The lost sector point is perfect. Lost sectors should scare the life out of you, they should be a bunch of Randall the Vandal type enemies that take time to bring down.
