How to use Graviton Lance EFFECTIVELY!!!
Hello,
I invested a good amount of time into this gun, and I found this gun to be strong in PvP. I maintained an average 2.34 Ka/D with this weapon in Crucible. Graviton Lance feels like a Handcannon, Scout Rifle, Pulse Rifle Hybrid. What wanted me to use this gun was the insane stats that this gun possessed in ALL categories.
Graviton Lance has a TTK of 1.13(Faster than MIDA)
So when you fire this gun, all 3 bullets will go in a straight line, and then after the 3rd shot, the gun will jump. If you are familiar with Hand Cannons, apply downward pressure on the gun quickly and realign your shot.
Do not wait for the recoil to settle on its own because your Time to Kill will drastically go down. Graviton is a gun where you have to manage the recoil after every burst.
Pros of Graviton
-Very Little Flinch. You can combat Uriel's Gift and MIDA at very long range.
-Insane Range Stat. You have the ability to cross map people with ease because of the high range stat.
-Stability. All 3 bullets will go in a straight line before the gun jumps.
-THIS Gun is consistent in PvP. After mastering this gun.
-Enemies don't try to run away when they're only taking 8 damage to the head. This leads to a lot of easy kills with the last bullet.
Cons of Graviton Lance
-This gun takes a lot of practice in managing the recoil after every burst.
-The explosion after a kill is very lackluster.
Some things to note*
Even though the last bullet does most of the damage, the high range and aim assist will compensate and help the player land mostly headshots.
I would rate this gun 9/10.
Would be 10/10 if it had High Cal rounds.
I rate it 9/10 because how consistent this weapon is.

All of the ppl talking negativity about this gun, are the ones who have constantly been killed by it. I know because that was me until I got it a couple days ago. It is really good; it just takes time to get used to its uniqueness. But as is the way if our society, anything that takes actual work and effort is met by complaint.

Maybe you wouldn’t have such average stats if you used something that wasn’t terrible Apparently it only shows the characters games played that you’re on, so here’s my overall so you can see my 183 games played. Any gun can put up good results in the hands of a skilled enough player, with enough practice using it. But if you put in the same amount of effort practicing with a better weapon, you'd get even better results. The problem with Graviton Lance isn't that you can't win with it, the problem is that by using it you are limiting your own skill ceiling.

Graviton Lance is straight garbage juice. Sharded that sucker on many occasions. Better than Uriel's and Mida? Highly doubt that. Just stop. 😂

After I read this you peaked my curiosity, used it for iron banner tonight and now it's my favorite gun in crucible. It feels so rewarding knowing some sad mida user sees he was killed by a "inferior exotic" seriously though this thing shreds!

Sorry but this weapon sucks. It gives fighting lion a run for worst exotic. I tried it in the nightfall as there were a ton of vex and I had one at 305. I ended up in last place on enemy kills. It does like no damage.

My main problem is that you have to make sure your target is there the end of the burst. Even if all three bullets have no recoil, you still have to fire the first two blanks before you fire a cannonball.

They really need to change the Exotic perk on it. The explosion is useless. Give it the ability to produce a Void Vortex on kill.

2 RepliesThe problem is there is no point to actually use this gun, by having all its damage in the last shot it punishes missing heavily while not providing amy incentive to use. You could use any other pulse rifle and do a better job.
