Destiny 2 feels like a product by commitee. Or a movie where the director produced something edgy and interesting, but then the studio forces them leave all the best parts on the cutting room floor. In their simplification of the game, did Bungie misread the player base so bad;y, or was this Activision exerting directional influence?
