The software on my pc has NOT changed since I ran the beta. Beta was flawless. I even streamed the 15 hours I played the beta, again, in full accordance with Bungie's 'rules'. So this blanket 'users fault' idiom needs to stop. And considering I'm not only coming into this as a gamer and fan of Bungie's IP's, but I'm also coming at this from an engineering perspective. This smacks of piss poor planning and not in fact researching the common pc gaming market and actually looking into everything that runs in the background of 90% of the gaming market. While I am in fact very salty about this situation personally, I hope that Bungie comes back with a valid response to this issue, and not some rhetoric about it saying well, you're banned just for clicking on a play button and you don't deserve answers as a paying customer.

I mean hell... today there's soo many programs that have overlays, some that even I find it annoying to close or they just "magically" find a way to turn themselves back on.. or a feature introduced in an update that it's just a lot of work to keep track of them all especially for someone who isn't as computer savvy. I really feel for those people the most, the casual players, the ones who don't know much about computers and don't check forums.
