Same boat, Ran the game perfectly fine for 2 hours before I got the ban, had EVGA XOC overlay on and I'm assuming that's the reason why.. Honestly did bungie expect users to know before hand that overlays could trigger the ban?? this is ridiculous especially on launch day.
