we need a bungie positioning.

This has been a bungie problem since D1 year 1 they don't communicate with there community and to just ban players with no explanation and no chance to appeal that shows they don't care ab there community they should take each ban on case by case bases and give an explanation why just shows there laziness of the people at bungie not to have true support team to look in to these things

I didn't. Just ask for refund, maybe after I confirm with my bank ill try buy it in another account in a clean windows installation (omfg I knows how ridiculous that sound). But thanks for your help :D

Yeah it's sucks they released a game with no support... hope things work out
