I got banned as well. If you're telling me someone can't even talk to me about the ban, I'll be looking into a chargeback. This is absolutely ridiculous. I use nothing different than what I did in the beta or for OW or any other blizzard product and I'm well in my ToS agreement. I'm 100% requesting that it's looked into or you can deal with the chargeback.

at least you made friendships in the forums :D, but seriously get your money back i would, you only missing out on a weeks worth of content and then wish you never bought it in the first place.

This isn't a Blizzard product, they are just letting bungie host some of the multiplayer stuff on Bnet servers since they already had a framework in place.

They are selling it through there store front, they don't get to act like they aren't involved.

Blizzard are just issuing refunds at this point as bungie isn’t responding to them either on the subject. That’s all they can do. I know one thing, if I were blizzard I would be considering pulling the game at this point until the underlining issue is completely resolved. I would also contemplate not letting anyone else launch and sell a game trough blizzard launcher ever again, given how much of a cluster f this is, apparently blizzards customer support is buckling under the strain of dealing with it. I imagine there are some serious F’s being thrown at the bungie ceo right now from the blizzard ceo.
