this was originally a thread about PC users getting banned for no reason at launch, just like they did in the beta; i made a post back then to say that people were getting banned unfairly with the new anti-cheat system, i was told i was wrong - - cozmo has returned to re-affirm he stands in the same place as before
this thread is now being used to advocate a bungie response to much bigger problems, with much more support; i feel cozmo only replied to this thread because it was personal to him; old post in question :

Bungie has evolved its response over the short time but it’s too little too late for some people. So Bungie poured fuel on its on fire. You enjoying the karma coming back on Cozmo and the tech guys who gave him the wrong info when he “called you out” in August?

What if cozmo just knows it’s a compatibility issue and not you actually being banned, is it only temporary right? God knows what’s causing it but maybe he is right by saying you’re not being banned

The truth is out there, people are getting banned for using legitimate software which happens to be incompatible with D2, and Cosmo claimed "you aren't getting banned just for running them". Just head over to the #help section to see the bans.
