I have seen this before, "banned" for nothing etc etc.. its bullcrap. I have been a huge critic so far in D1 and D2. But i am absolutely sure that if i start up the PC version on my 100% clean PC, i would never get a ban, something not working, maybe.. But never a ban. F**k Of*

Be honest with Blizzard on the issue and they should be able to get a refund for you. Bungie has no support staff besides forums so my guess is outsourcing Blizzard staff, god bless them, to help us through this hell.
