Good Lord, Reddit actually created a sub titled "How not to get Banned." There literally tons of users who "clicked play" and were banned before creating a character! Bungie refuses, even now, to bend on the bans! So, an entire community has bought a bricked game. Luckily Blizzard has a fairly competent customer service and are, to my understanding processing refunds! Both here And the subreddits are a PC sh1t sandwich fest. You REALLY need to see if any applies to you.
