False, I had nothing in the background and still was banned after two hours of gameplay. The ONLY thing I can think of is the NVIDIA/Shadowplay game record overlay that pops up once in a while if you press ALT or whatever the key is.
This is absolutely ridiculous.

What they are doing is saving you from dissapointment,I wish I was perma banned before I finished this un rewarding shallow turd.
