Whilst I disagree that cozmos response was defamatory, it was a blatant lie... The truth is out there, people are getting banned for using legitimate software which happens to be incompatible with D2, and Cosmo claimed "you aren't getting banned just for running them".

Yes it's a known issue, blizzard servers for D2 will see many legitimate overlays as potential exploits... They have communicated this (badly)... Personally, I think you're better getting a refund while you can, the game is terrible. Just look at the forums, I was glad I got it on disc and I could return it.

a current report are suggesting if you have a ban from it theyre having to do an investigation into why and if they find that you used 3rd party things that interfere with the game you cant get a refund so -blam!- me right

There will be thousands who won't claim a refund because they don't know the process, or think they are at fault... I feel bad for them... Bungie have completely messed up the PC launch, and just the game it self... It's such a shame, the concept and potential for the game is insanely good, just the execution is exceptionally poor. Personally, I'm done with Bungie products, they only know how to deliver one thing: disapppointment.
