no, thier fault for banning players that weren't cheating.
I paid $100 for this.. got a few hours in.. game crashed.. then 30min later.. banned.
No i wasn't cheating (i'm not even sure why someone would, at least when leveling up. The game isn't hard, the fun is playing with friends, not the game itself.)

That's the same thing that happened to me. The game crashed, I opted for a video driver update, and I was banned shortly after getting back into the game
