But obviously not based off of their own rules they are likely the ones pulling the trigger but using Bungie's policy as a template for when to ban / not ban. Soooo it's still on Bungie. Literally EVERY blizzard game supports these programs that are "bannable" offenses so far. (except the legit cheat engines because that is most definitely happening.)
