He may have. But he is not making a personal attack on OP. The community managers already have a hard enough job attempting to wade through this ****storm of a forum, attempting to destroy their reputation will not help this game's future.

And you believe them? Yeah, Bungie's word is as valuable as my piss dude. Until I see some statistical proof of this and actual numbers Bungie is about as trustworthy as that one drug addicted khajit in Skyrim.

I can only rely on past experience, when Bungie swung the ban hammer during trials (Destiny 1), same reactions flooded forums “..But, Bungie I did not do anything wrong, I did not cheat” If they say the bans were issued manually after investigation, I have no reason to doubt them. As I said, past experience, for what it’s worth.

Here: https://youtu.be/H1xDZOZNTsU?t=595 He didn't get banned in beta or he wouldn't have been able to log in and create a character to begin with, he was still on the very first PvE mission meaning he had been playing maybe 30 minutes tops, and he got banned. If what Bungie's saying is true, that means they manually reviewed this guy's cheating before he even got through the prologue? And don't throw that "he was banned from beta" nonsense because like I just said, why would he be able to sign in and get into the game in the first place if that were the case? There is shady shit going on right now and Bungie is blatantly lying to our faces to sweep it under the rug. You want my opinion? I hope lawyers get involved in this. I hope they start digging and getting to the bottom of this shit, and if it really is on Bungies end, I hope they slam them with a class action.

Yeah, there was over 400 of them and even more it seems according to the outrage on these forms and Reddit. Unless this is just a massive lie fest that was organized and planned I see no reason to not believe these people. What are they going to gain from lying? Bungie has already stated they will not be appealing any of these bans. Meaning that coming here and complaining does... literally nothing. At this point all they can do is get a refund through Blizzard. All they get out of this is venting their frustration and honestly hackers don't get frustrated from being banned at least not real ones, because they expect that shit. When they get banned they move on to a new account or a new game. There's clearly a bigger issue going on here and if you believe the company with tons of money on the line blindly spraying the damage control extinguisher everywhere instead of hundreds of fellow consumers, then I don't know how to help you.
