Well when it comes to people getting banned for this game, and any game for that matter, they are usually lying. Just look at the whining on this forum of people being banned before the past two days. "I got disconnected from trials and then banned but did nothing wrong!!!" Then someone checks their stats and they've won multiple matches in a row without registering a kill. I wouldn't say the community is exactly trustworthy either.
