Weird that bungie themselves used that exact same narrative as "true" when it looked good for them, yet it's false when it doesn't. You can believe them all you want, but I have 80+ friends on my ps4 that I met through destiny, all of which were logging a month ago, very few of which log now. If my small sample size of 80 friends shows a massive decrease of population, I'm willing to believe that on a massive scale it is also true. I'm also sure if you got a threat from the company that makes your website possible by sharing API, you wouldn't remove the tracker either. Of course this coincidentally happens on the PC release day, despite the fact this "false narrative" has been on that website for over a month with a steady decrease in numbers, and 4 years now before that, without issue. Man it's not a wonder companies get away with this shit with people like you in the world lol

Not to mention Tracker Network doesn’t rely on Destiny to survive or make money. If Bungie threatened them, if TN has any integrity, they’d take it down and continue with their 8+ other tracker websites. Oh and if they disable the API entirely to affect DTR if they didn’t comply with a threat, then Bungie would be disabling every other Destiny website and app out there, which Bungie is certainly not gonna do just to silence one fvcking stat shown on one fvcking site.

Listen up. All data seen on DTR and ANYWHERE else comes directly from a public API and that data shown on DTR has ALWAYS been RAW, unedited or presented with opinions in ANY way. If Bungie thought it was ever bad for theme that some site like DTR was trying to present a bad image of Bungie, despite publicly commenting that it’s accurate and supporting them when you fools were claiming the numbers were bad throughout D1, Bungie would simply disable the data in their API for EVERYONE who you could go to to try and post more “look at the numbers” topics. Get it? If Bungie wanted them to stop, they wouldn’t have to say a single word to DTR to do it. It sounds more like people want the reason to match their own biased narrative against Bungie than any truth or facts to support it.
