I can only rely on past experience, when Bungie swung the ban hammer during trials (Destiny 1), same reactions flooded forums “..But, Bungie I did not do anything wrong, I did not cheat”
If they say the bans were issued manually after investigation, I have no reason to doubt them. As I said, past experience, for what it’s worth.
