I agree, I will not buy anything from them for ethical reasons. This company is just absurd with their customer relations

Yup. It's the same feeling that I had when my 5th Xbox 360 exploded. No more money for M$. It's the reason I'm with Playstation to this day. I'm not even a PC player and this disgusts me. Now there is A Bungie PC dev claiming all these guys are full of shit? Linked in the D2 section. Horrible. I seriously feel for these guys. It's absolutely filthy.
