He’s single tapping without ADS. Something a LOT of PC FPS players do since initial shots are almost 100% on point.

Bah. The bloom of midair shots are worse than on console: there's no aim assist for semi-close bullets. It doesn't matter how skilled/what tactics this dude is using. Bullets don't go where you shoot them when you're midair, regardless of initial accuracy. For him to have a 100% hit rate multiple times, midair (bloom), with an auto rifle (No AA), is bs.
