"Pretty simple tbh identify cheat code..." Maybe, for an automated system. But, Bungie specifically said a "manual investigation" which implies some kind of human intervention. And lets not forget that Blizzard and Battle.Net are in the loop adding even more time it take to do each "manual investigation".

 • "...then scan everyone" 'Scanning everyone' is not "a manual investigation" of "a player" that maybe cheating.

 • "manual investigation" of one player using x code, confirm it's 3rd party cheat software "add to anti cheat" they will never manualy check everyone because there is no need.

 •
Destiny 2 cannot automatically ban you, only Bungie can ban a player after a manual investigation
• "...they will never manualy check everyone" I agree with you on that. But, Bungie said "can ban a player after a manual investigation", meaning only one player at a time and after some 'person' at Bubgie has looked over the data to confirm that player should be banned. There are simply not enough 'man hours' since the release of the PC version to do 400 "manual investigations". This is one reason why I think their last statement is just more BS....
