Gee, I don't know. Maybe because they did one of the things they weren't supposed to?

That's bullshit. Too many people were banned on release and I doubt it was for anything but using an overlay. Bungie gave 2 week restrictions to actual cheaters but bans for no reason.

Yeah yeah, sure. Keep telling yourself that

Yeah yeah sure, keep being a blind fanboy. https://twitter.com/Bungie/status/923357294628192256

What about the other 396?

Clearly you didn't click on their link and clearly you didn't read their entire statement.

I did, but I'm assuming you didn't

Regardless, Bungie still lied. They said all of the bans were fair and they did all of the bans manually. If this were completely true, why did people get hit by the hammer wrongfully? If your method of justice includes gunning down the innocent alongside the guilty then it is a false justice. Those people almost got robbed of their money because Bungie had an over zealous tagging software and their pride drove them into covering it up. Look, that's all there is on the matter. The whole story isn't out and probably won't be out knowing Bungies love for hiding things. I don't fully believe either side in their entirey, but believing that Bungie is at no fault here is just blatantly incorrect. Both sides are at fault, and both sides need to take responsibility and fix this shit. I'm tired of arguing with you. You're probably a nice enough dude, just don't believe everything that comes out of a company's mouth. After all, they've got money and PR on the line.

You know you're wrong, just admit it.
