Maybe, maybe not. Barrett lead the House of Wolves development, which was when D1 started to get better, difference is HoW was a dlc and came to Destiny like, half a year after launch. With this news here, I anticipate these to be free updates, although it may well take over half a year to implement; I sure hope not, but it's better than nothing I suppose.
