New systems and rewards to give our most engaged players additional, optional pursuits.
Doesn't matter if rewards are still duplicates and static rolls.
Better incentives for players who complete challenging Prestige activities.
Doesn't matter if rewards are still duplicates and static rolls.

Doesn't matter if rewards are still duplicates and static rolls.
Private matches for the competitive community (we are targeting early 2018).
Never a fan... this is just a cheeky add-on that we already had before.
Crucible tuning like adjusted Supremacy scoring and better spawning rules.
Doesn't matter if it's still 4v4.
Better incentives for completing Crucible matches (and penalties for quitting competitive games).
Doesn't matter if it's still 4v4. Doesn't matter if rewards are still duplicates and static rolls.
Continued improvements to Iron Banner and Faction Rallies, including uniqueness of rewards.
Doesn't matter if most players are already Dead Orbit, they will win every time. Doesn't matter if rewards are still duplicates and static rolls. Doesn't matter if it's still 4v4.
Changes to make the mod economy more interesting and impactful.
This would help!
Ongoing improvements to Exotics, including adjustments to reduce instances of duplication.
I'd rather see better exotic perks that have more impact
New ways to spend surplus currency and materials (looking at you Legendary Shards).
Not if I'm buying the same crap with the same static perks.
An emote interface that allows players to equip Salty, Spicy Ramen, Six Shooter, and Flip Out all at the same time.
This is just fluff and has no value to the core game.

Would you say that same thing to the 60% majority that dislike trump or Obama? You can’t dismiss a majority because they disagree. That’s the problem with people these days. If you disagree then you shouldn’t speak because you’re wrong, is not how discourse works.
-
No people can say whatever they want aslong as facts are good and they play the game its that simple
-
Maybe 75% of the minority that bitch constantly
-
I feel like all of this does matter and shows that they are heading in the right direction.
but I agree that random rolls should return.
-
Dude. I feel the same way. Great post. Definitely need fast killing kinetic/energy, larger teams and crucible mode choice. Random rolls should be reinstated.
-
Yeah....you're more of a Nintendo Switch kinda gal
-
So bring back the shitty artificial grind to find that 2 top tier perks on all of your guns?
-
Edited by Spaceman: 10/27/2017 5:36:28 AMNot looking for the grind. I play casually, but I would like some variety in the weapons I pick up. Why should I care to turn in another engram when 9 out of 10 times I already have the exact same thing?
-
Your profile says you dont play at all
-
The hook isnt here atm. I am playing on pc right now lvling up for the raid
-
I was talking to the hairy sack
-
Each weapon has 3 columns right? What if the middle column was RNG. Atleast that would make the grind less shitty ans give excitement back to thr 10th better devil
-
Edited by Gorlin Goltz: 10/27/2017 5:08:38 AMI completely agree. One thing to add: All of that could be coming this time next year, for all we know. It's all just text to me, considering they're still fixing bugs from day 1.
-
Nailed it.
-
Edited by lnfected Cookie: 10/27/2017 2:58:00 AMAgreed agreed agreed not enough changes at all to make me even think for 1 second about coming back to this game. Hey Bungie, all you have to do is go back to Destiny 1 year 3 EVERYTHING same exact system for EVERYTHING. HINT HINT IDIOTS.
-
Every party needs a pooper. That's why we invited you 👍 and you're doing a great job.
-
Yeah. Static rolls took away the replayability or the motivation to loot... :(
-
At the end of the day it won't matter because Bungie will charge $20 for us to even see the changes
-
Edited by Sylok, The Defiled: 10/27/2017 3:29:59 PMThey would update the sandbox, not put it on a DLC. Sandbox update are frees but all the new missions, planets, crucible maps and new loot would behind the DLC.
-
No. Bungie won't update this game until they release a dlc basically forcing you to pay the money if you want to see the update since everything before the dlc will be irrelevant. It's like you never played d1
-
Sandbox Updates and DLC releases are two different things. The update with the DLC is supposed to be the compatibility update for those who doesn't purchase the DLC but is still playing the game. People who didn't buy the DLC could still play with other players who have the DLC and could enjoy the sandbox update.
-
I think you are forgetting the part where when dlc releases anyone who didn't buy the dlc and all content prior to the dlc is forgotten about
-
That's the reality of games nowadays. If you want to progress through new content and gain new loot, you got to pay for DLC. It sucks but that's just how business is. Those who were left out could catch up on the DLCs in year 2 however.. kind of like how The Taken King was released with a bundle including the first two DLCs.
-
It can't be acceptable for Bungie and other companies to keep screwing their customers out of money with incomplete games, microtransactions, and overpriced dlc that they cut from the original game. Then lie to the community about it
-
I agree, it's unacceptable. But the designers at Bungie didn't anticipate how fast players could plow through the campaign, the grind to 265 and complete most of the end game activities. As players reach the actual end game that is in Destiny 2 right now, there's little to nothing left to do. They didn't lie to the community, they just did not anticipate how fast players completed the base game.
