I've never had a consistent problem with any of those. Once in a blue moon maybe.

Phantom bullets are much more present in D2 than D1 specially in low fire rate weapons like hand cannons. I was shot thru walls many time specially with the Mida. You can turn a corner run for 1 meter and then take a bullet with no posible angle to shot you.
