1) I'll believe it when I see it 2) any "rewarding incentives" is useless unless they raise max light level. Too many people are already max and the gear's not gonna be game changing enough to switch out before the expansion. My clan's pretty dead, two people are at max and no one really feels like playing anymore. I did flashpoint on reset day and had to load in two or three times before I even saw two other guardians. So again, too little too late.
