I remember after TDB dropped they said it was a mistake to make us relevel our exotics and they won't do it again.
It happened Everytime a dlc dropped.

This game has always been mismanaged because of the higher ups. How can anyone expect the devs that actually do the work to make a complete game when the higher ups can't get their own act together.
