Agreed and disagreed.
I love that they are actually kind of listening but I hate that they finally realize that they need to put those things in there. In reality all of those things should have been at launch

The emotes being tied to the directional pads 4 slots was "recommended" during beta. And before IB even rolled out they were getting backlash about RNG across the board. Like everyone else said, should have been implemented at launch. They have a roadmap for sure, but it's being followed it seems with no concern toward us. IB could have been thought out better.

Its great that they're trying to fix something but really they aren't doing much. Like you said this stuff should have been there from the beginning
