That’s the problem with the Dev team they don’t do anything very well until the live team takes over and then they make good changes

The live team is only minor stuff.. Like events or adding ornaments.. Anything else is done by the Devs.. Basically what Bungie is saying is that they're done with D2 except for mini events form this point on.. DLCs made.. Weapons and armor is made.. Exotics all done..
