All these "improvements" to rewards... what difference does it make if everyone is at max light?

By the time these so called game improving aspects( I call bs they won’t improve anything) it’ll be the first DLC so expect at least a light level change and or a level system change remember bungie loves to set us back to low levels after we put all our time in grinding to get max light
