Eye roll.
The people I wreck in the Crucible with The Number think otherwise.
The stability perk is far more useful than HCRs in a weapon that is already automatic.

Uriels has steady rounds or hcr. I like the Number as well. Give the Jiangshi (spell check?) a try. It's great if you hip fire a lot.
