you didn't even need to pull the full quote, the pathetic lie is in the first part of the first sentence, "We noticed that players felt Lost Sectors were useful,"
who the -blam!- thinks lost sectors are useful?
but yeah people farmed them for tokens so sure they were useful for that, but otherwise they are pointless and a misnomer, lost sectors aren't exactly lost when they are marked on your map. smh
English

Tokens are pointless if you turn them in and they rewards are pointless
-
Yeah, you kind of need the context. Without it it seems like a lie. In the circumstances of farming tokens, lost sectors were very useful. . The OP cut the quote out from a list a token balance changes.
-
Even then it‘s a lie. It‘s not about the Lost Sectors, it‘s about the crates that respawn in an instant. If those crates would spawn at the farm then „the farm would be useful“. It simply was an exploit and they fixed it. There‘s no need to hide this. They still tried to hide it with this stupid sentence.
-
What? Are you claiming lost sectors weren't useful because … an aspect of them was? Anyways, I find lost sectors applies better because they are changing from one aspect of lost sectors (explosives) to another (chests).
-
Yeah, it wasn‘t about the Lost Sector itself. It was bout entering a cave, shooting crates, back out and repeat. They basically said „Hey you idiots, we know you want to exploit the crates as a fireteam to do it even faster...well, f*ck you! You can grind the boss and chest now...as a fireteam, yaay!“. I just don‘t know why they have to hide it in between the lines and a lie.
-
Well, imagine the common denominator reaction if they just said Hey you idiots, we know you want to exploit the crates as a fireteam to do it even faster...well, f*ck you! You can grind the boss and chest now...as a fireteam, yaay!.

I‘d laugh...seriously. It would be way cooler and more legit that this dfacre they‘re pulling everytime.
