Are you claiming lost sectors weren't useful because … an aspect of them was?
Anyways, I find lost sectors applies better because they are changing from one aspect of lost sectors (explosives) to another (chests).

Yeah, it wasn‘t about the Lost Sector itself. It was bout entering a cave, shooting crates, back out and repeat. They basically said „Hey you idiots, we know you want to exploit the crates as a fireteam to do it even faster...well, f*ck you! You can grind the boss and chest now...as a fireteam, yaay!“. I just don‘t know why they have to hide it in between the lines and a lie.
