Hello.
I bought the game about 5 days ago and ever since then I completely regret this decision. I am playing on a gaming laptop that meets the requirements yet I still cannot play it properly mostly due to the "cannot set fullscreen on laptop" bug.
It´s been over a week since the game is out and this still isn´t fixed. The only suggested "fix" is "windowed fullscreen" and that kills fps more than only "windowed". Not to mention...Since my laptop doesn´t know what to focus on if it´s not fullscreen, it keeps overheating.
I barely even played the game and I am tired of waiting for a fix. As far as I´m concerned I didn´t pre-order but I spent 60 euros to actually play the game.
I spoke to bnet support yesterday and they told me they only refund up to 72 hours and until level 6. I am level 5 but as I mentioned I have the game for around 5 days right now. I didn´t fight about it because I knew that update is coming but after seeing ZERO changes I just cannot have any more patience.
Did someone face a similar problem and managed to get a refund anyway?
I am in advance grateful for any help or advice...Just please don´t send me to technical support and stuff. There is no fix and there won´t be a fix for quite some time cause who even cares about laptops when you have this amazing 60 euros 4k game right?

If you purchased this game through battle.net they can make an exception. If you're already level 20, and hit end game, they will not refund you. Typically if you have "demo / trial" quantity of play, Blizzard will refund you. No idea if you purchased from else where. Bungie themselves are the North Korea of customer support, literally don't expect anything, ever.
