I have reviewed the network troubleshooting guide and forwarded 3074, 3097 (TCP/UDP) to my PC that has a static IP address.
Destiny 2 still complains about having a Strict NAT and in the network settings it shows UPnP ports that it is trying to use, except that UPnP is disabled on my pfSense router.
I don't use UPnP as it is an inherent security flaw and I'm capable of forwarding the ports manually, except this doesn't seem to be an option for Destiny 2?
Is there a setting in the Destiny 2 CVars.xml for a static networking port or a way of disabling UPnP? I don't want to use UPnP.

Check and see if there is a setting in your firewall for consistent nat. it's typically in the VOIP area of the firewall. when you are doing voice communications you want to make sure that the port mapping stay consistent. That's probably part of your problem.
