When I start up game, when I get to the opening screen my keyboard does not work when my Xbox controller is plugged in. Ive been playing with a control since the game came out for PC, and it hasn't happened till now. Im running the game with my Nvidia GTX 1050 using the GeForce Engine. I can still use the Xbox remote, but unable to use any remote or keyboard hotkeys. I'm thinking that it might have to be a compatibility issue, with either GeForce, Bungie, or Blizzard. Let me know if you guys find something!
