Is it fair to be ban someone with a debug program running with no warning that said program is bannable ?

If it's something that directly affects the game, then absolutely, yeah. Most games will give you a slip on the wrist for having something even suspicious open, and then ban you if you don't get your act together. Assuming the game wasn't directly being poked, prodded, or otherwise tampered with, I don't think it should be an outright ban, though. Frankly, I doubt bungie can differentiate at their apparent level of expertise.

its more IF it CAN effect the game, im just careless and leave everything going after i play singleplayer games or just have multiple games going. that being said they do need a real anti cheat system, rather than this wildcard banning ever jack, sue and tiger woods.

IF it can, but it ISN'T, then it isn't an instant red-flag. Or, rather, shouldn't be. PC users have all sorts of weird shenanigans going on.

it shouldnt but alas it didnt, it should really only activate when values are changing when they shouldnt (plus jolts in cpu(or ram?) usage with the scanning and all). but yeah very true i usually have too much shit going on haha
