Manannan Scout Rifle please help
I've turned in over 3000 gunsmith parts and never received the manannan scout rifle? Is there a trick to get it?

No trick. Just have to be in the right place at the right time I guess. I eventually got two. It is the Nameless Midnight of energy scouts, so I hope you get one. It is a great rifle...
