"I see," Mason said, "You're not taking her..."
-
"What? What do you mean, taking her? She wanted to go.." Oliver's tone was confused, though kept quiet still.
-
"Listen. She has a lot of s**t going on. One, she was married. Until some a**hat time-traveling alien robots wiped all her memories of her husband. So the gap in her memories is bothering her. Two, I hear people are going to execute the poor Hunter that was her husband. So even if she does recover her memories of him, she'll never see him again, and will be dragging herself down over that. Three she's gonna be haunted by the spirit of her now perma-dead ex-boyfriend, an a**hat Titan named James." Mason buried his face in his hands. The German Shepard pup yapped, sensing his stress.
-
"...One. We focus on saving this Hunter's life, wherever he may be. I don't know where.. but I will manage to find him. Two. We drive a sword through the time traveling robots and render their minds into bumbling messes, then force them into restoring her memories, before cleaving their heads off for good measure. Forgive me if that isn't how they work. The methods of memory restoration in Trayve would make her situation even worse, unless she doesn't mind brands and the potential of insanity. Three. I will exorcise whomever dares to haunt that woman, and send them back to the pits of Hеll where they descended from. Whether it be her.. ex, or the devil himself." Oliver would respond, his figure almost.. shaking a little. Not out of a sudden burst of energy, nor fear. It was released anger, anger that had been stored away for quite a while. Additionally, he seemed confused about what an "ex" was. He sighed, continuing. "...If.. we are taking this seriously.. ...Where should we begin."
-
"The Vex have no legitament heads. Two, she's already a bit off in the head," Mason muttered.
-
"...I don't want to lose another person that.. well, at least tries to care about my current state. I couldn't do that to her. These.. Vex. What can we do in order to restore her memory?"
-
"She will regain these memories over time," Topaz said, "But whether or not she accepts them is up to her." Mason and Topaz stepped off to the side, and whispered something.
-
With that, Oliver kneeled down silently, a hushed sigh leaving his lips. To occupy his internal turmoil, he would stroke the head of a small Labrador puppy. Dogs, unsurprisingly, had been a larger part of his life - while his bаstard sister served as an assistant to the royal wizards, Oliver tended to the hounds of the keep. The war hounds were his favorite - they looked similar to a bullmastiff, but much larger, built to tackle armored men and crush limbs in seconds. ...Though Oliver still liked them. For pets bred for combat, they were surprisingly loving on their own.
-
The labrador looked up at Oliver. It yapped happily.
-
Oliver smiled a little, though he was still interested in what Mason and the Ghost had taken to discussing. He simply looked up at them though. It would be too difficult to listen.
-
That was a good thing that he couldn't hear them. They were talking about him.
-
After a few seconds, Oliver sighed before looking as if he was going to ask what they were talking about, but then immediately shook his head, going back to the puppy. It was as if he was used to receiving negative responses once questions were asked.
-
The Titan and his Ghost returned to him.

Edited by Weeaboo Of War: 11/11/2017 7:40:23 PMWith their approach, Oliver would simply look up again, now holding the Labrador in his arms. "So...?" He muttered, a slight confusion upon his youthful face.
-
"None of your concern," Mason replied. Topaz said something, "Go find her."
-
"...Sarah, I suppose? She'd be in a library.. or meditating, seems like the type to do so. I can go find her, I suppose.."
-
"Then go!" Topaz says.
-
"Of course," Oliver jumped a little, setting down the puppy and then jogging off to go find Sarah. He would check the libraries, first. Sarah loved reading, so that seemed to be the most logical choice.
-
She was not there. The Warlock was not in the library.
-
Edited by Weeaboo Of War: 11/11/2017 9:02:09 PM"Hmm.." Oliver murmured to himself. There was always meditation, but.. where would she meditate? The forest and the mountain were two options, so he went with those, the forest being first.
-
He didn't find her there, either. She seemingly disappeared unless.. she was in the mountains.
-
Trekking up the mountains would be.. difficult. Nonetheless.. Oliver was determined as hell. So, like the white knight he was - he carried onwards. Just in case he got lost, he packed food, camping supplies, water, a (briefly) detailed map.. enough to keep himself alive for a few days.
-
As he climbed up the mountains, as the day wore on. His trek lasted until nightfall. Until, he saw it. A bright light in the woods. It illuminated the trees in the area that he looked down upon.
-
That gave him some hope. Oliver set up his small encampment before trudging onwards towards the light out of curiosity. His sword was drawn, in his own wariness. Had he found her? ...One way to find out.
