"It's all about not getting hit. You'll see stuff in movies or read in books people doing stuff like catching swords or things. Don't try to do that, it's a good way to lose something. Saw it happen to a friend once, not a pleasant sight. Best thing to do is get out of the way, then deal with the arms."
