"Of course," Oliver jumped a little, setting down the puppy and then jogging off to go find Sarah. He would check the libraries, first. Sarah loved reading, so that seemed to be the most logical choice.
-
She was not there. The Warlock was not in the library.

Edited by Weeaboo Of War: 11/11/2017 9:02:09 PM"Hmm.." Oliver murmured to himself. There was always meditation, but.. where would she meditate? The forest and the mountain were two options, so he went with those, the forest being first.
-
He didn't find her there, either. She seemingly disappeared unless.. she was in the mountains.
-
Trekking up the mountains would be.. difficult. Nonetheless.. Oliver was determined as hell. So, like the white knight he was - he carried onwards. Just in case he got lost, he packed food, camping supplies, water, a (briefly) detailed map.. enough to keep himself alive for a few days.
-
As he climbed up the mountains, as the day wore on. His trek lasted until nightfall. Until, he saw it. A bright light in the woods. It illuminated the trees in the area that he looked down upon.
-
That gave him some hope. Oliver set up his small encampment before trudging onwards towards the light out of curiosity. His sword was drawn, in his own wariness. Had he found her? ...One way to find out.
-
Edited by Splashback77: 11/11/2017 10:05:23 PMAs he trudged down the mountain, the Light grew brighter as he drew closer. It was blinding.
-
"Gods.." Oliver muttered to himself, keeping his hand up so that he himself wasn't blinded. As he attempted to draw closer and closer, he was forced to turn his head away. "Sarah? Lady Sarah!" He called out. Hoping, internally, that she would respond..
-
Edited by Splashback77: 2/25/2018 5:42:14 PMThe brightness died down, as he saw her. She had summoned some sort of a clone of someone made out if light. This clone wore bulky armor, similar to Mason. But this light clone was not of Mason. The clone was made of all light except for kinectic. The sword it held looked like it was solar, and the shield was void. A Sentinel Titan. She brandished her sword, preparing to fight it, her helmet forming on her head.
-
"...Lady Sarah...?" Oliver murmured to himself, his face slightly hidden by the helm of which he wore upon his head. He would station himself upon the sidelines, bringing his sword back to his sheath silently. The spectacle was.. something else.
-
Edited by Splashback77: 1/31/2018 1:55:29 AMHer wings of fire spread. She and the clone of light fought. Fiercely they would clash with their blades of metal. Every time the clone would try to knock her down with his shield, one of her wings would block it. One time, the wing slapped it out of the clone's hand. The clone jumped after the shield, grabbing it, and slamming it into the ground, knocking the Warlock off her feet. When Sarah got in the air, he wings immediately propelled her back towards the clone, slamming it into a tree.
-
Oliver watched the combat with an excited stare, though he would suddenly jolt to the side as Sarah slammed the generated Guardian into the tree, the trunk cracking from the pure force. He almost wished that he was capable of such power. Otherwise, he felt.. useless. How could he help Sarah, and perhaps get even with her?
-
Edited by Splashback77: 11/12/2017 12:08:51 AMThe Warlock dropped her sword and grabbed the clone's neck, slamming it into the tree. The clone and her began melee combat. A well thrown punch threw her back, and she jumped back, kicking the clone. The clone grabbed her foot to throw her down. She used her hands to keep herself balanced as she kicked the clone with sucess, doing a cartwheel to return to her feet and raising her fists, punching the clone. The clone caught her fist. But then she turned the clone's arm.
-
The sickening *CRACK!* noise that accompanied the twisting of the Guardian's arm was all too familiar to Oliver. He had seen Isabella do it to a snob of a noble child whom had spat on him at a party, when Oliver was descending to his room. It resulted in more than a grounding for him, and Isabella's infamous reputation only growing even more. So when he saw Sarah do it, he was filled with a rush of energy. Both fighters were equal, almost, but Sarah was.. better. Oliver didn't dare to intervene, though. It looked as if it was training, if anything..
-
She stepped on the clone of light, and pinned it down. Her blade flew to her hand. With the Dark-Drinker, she decapitated the clone, and the light returned to her.
-
"...Lady Grey, if I.. may." Oliver finally spoke up, after a few hushed claps. "...Could you ever.. teach me all of that.. my services would seem useless if.. ...My apologies. Your father and his.. Ghost, wanted to see you earlier today.. so I came for you, and here we are."
-
She looked exhausted, punching a tree nearby.
-
Oliver remained still, as the bark cracked suddenly. He was waiting still.
-
She leaned against the tree, tired. She slowly sat down.
-
At that, Oliver would stop by, offering what looked to have been a flask of water for Sarah. It was his, but he had barely drunk from it's contents.
-
Edited by Splashback77: 11/18/2017 9:59:45 PMShe took the flash, taking a large gulp from it. "Thanks," she told him, handing it back.
-
Edited by Weeaboo Of War: 11/12/2017 2:20:28 AM"No problem.." He took the flask, nodding towards Sarah while he would buckle it to his waist. "...Sorry, if I appeared.. ignorant to your condition, back there. Me talking after that.. fight. But you were.. amazing. Your dad's Ghost wasn't wrong, you do kick ass and save lives. So.. what are you doing up here? Just training without interference?"
-
Edited by Splashback77: 11/18/2017 10:00:43 PM"Trying to... but it drains a lot of my strength have one fight me and be unpredictable..." She replied.
-
"Mm.. Niki would understand. She has.. abilities. Not as capable as you, but you get the point." Oliver sighed, kneeling down as if it was his only form of comfort. Sitting next to Sarah would be.. awkward. "...Your father wanted to see you. Though trekking down to the Dojo at night would get us both killed.. or me, anyway, unless you're willing to fly me down there. I have a small tent, up at the edge of the woods.. you take the tent, and I'll.. manage. Slept outside before, and you need the rest anyway." It was a decision that Oliver would make lightly, though Sarah could definitely see that he needed some rest as well. The mountain climbing and trekking across the long distances had left him tired, shaky almost.
