Lohi was also very keen to the water, having grown up on the island of Oahu, of Hawaii, she loved the ocean.
She was dressed more casual, wearing a surfer's gear.
She stared out onto the open water, "It's been a while since I've been surfing."

He was surprised a bit, not making it visible though as he turned his body to face Lohi behind him. "Eh, I've always been more of a sailing person myself. That or windsurfing." He said, smiling a bit.
-
She shrugged, "That's pretty fun, as well. Well Angelo..." She seemed to be buttering him for some reason.
-
"Yeah, it was." He said, referring to the enjoyment he had from it. He clued in, realizing the last part and responding. "Yeah?"
-
"You said you went on a date with someone. How did it go?" She asked. Oddly enough, she wasn't asking many questions. She probably would have, had it not been for her change in mind.
-
"It went pretty well actually. Other than a few disturbances, it went pretty nicely. And well, the fact both of us are shit at small talk." He said laughing a bit. His plan was to just play it cool. Let them know some things about it so they wouldn't delve too deep

"I guess that's kinda hard when you don't have any pickup lines you don't need to use. But I wouldn't know," she chuckled.
-
"Yeah. You and I don't exactly see eye to eye when it comes to relationships." He said chuckling with her, before sighing a bit. "Won't ask why about that though. Let that come naturally."

-
"Dinner, but yeah. Like I said, except for one person who seemed a little to adamant that we should kiss then and there, it all went smoothly."
-
She chuckled, "Sounds like someone likes the thought of you two dating, already." She sat down, laying back a bit.
-
"Yeah. It's weird, and honestly I feel horrible for even thinking this, but they sounded a lot like you." He said. It wasn't like he as accusing her, more like her truly just thought it was a strange coincidence.
-
"Oh no, if it was me, it would be yelled in Hawiian," she chuckled.
-
"Also I don't think it would've been a choice on our part if it was you." He says teasingly
-
"Yeah. It must've been really funny," she replied, "You two were probably so embarrassed."
-
"I know I was, not because I didn't plan on trying for it, just didn't expect someone to shout it at us. Don't know how they felt though."

Edited by Splashback77: 11/13/2017 1:19:25 AM"Why do we keep saying they?" She asked. She seemed curious, somewhat.
-
"Call it military habit. Used to just referring to everyone by either a squad grouping, them or they." He said, making up a lie on the spot. It wasn't his best one, but to anyone not paying very close attention it would be convincing.
-
"I doubt it. I still can say she and he after going through Naval Acadmy and being a Marine," she replied.
-
"Well, it is different for everyone I suppose." He said, before turning back to look out over the water
-
"I guees," she sighed.
-
He didn't say anything for a minute, just staring over the ocean. No witty response, chipping in to get the last word unlike what he usually did...
-
"You normally take the last word, anything wrong," she asked, concerned.
-
"Nah. Just didn't think there was really anything else to say." He said, not sounding upset, more like he was eager to end that topic, talking about how he referred to his lover
-
"You sure. Something seems a little off about you. Are you hiding anything?"
-
"Christo Lohi think for once. What reason would I have to hide something from you?" He said, almost snapping back. Not out of anger though, more like it was out of surprise
