Whats funny is D1 used copies are also going up in price.
Destiny 2 sucks so bad its created upward price pressure on obsolete D1 content. Think about that!
In 2 months, the base game of D2 has dropped to $40 based on my survey of local stores. And RoI which is over a year old and is obsolete content still holding steady at $30 new, and around $24 dollars used, depending on where you try to buy. When D2 launched, the price was only $16 used.
I should have bought it then but i figured the price would go down further, not go up!

I saw some Black Friday flyers for listed at 40 Toys r us or Best Buy

Fair. I actually looked right after I posted just to make sure I wasn’t talking out of my ass and both those stores had it listed as $59.99 in-store. But still, $40 on Black Friday isn’t really like Bungie/Activision are pulling the ripcord. Black Friday sales are pretty ordinary.
