Sarah enteted the Library, asking, "Can I help?" She asked.
The Warlock loved libraries, and books, in general.

"Help?" Violet turned, her hood hiding all of her face except for her glowing purple eyes. "With what exactly? If you're a Guardian that would be letting me observe Light that would be appreciated..."

-
"I just want to be able to study the energy. The power level of the user means little to me. Brain beats brawn anytime." She chuckled as she walked closer and took off the hood. Her face was actually rather youthful at around Sarah's age despite her maturity and being seen as a knowledgable mage. Her features were sharp, her hair long and purple. "My name is Violet."

-
Violet smirked and snickered. "W-Wait, you're the girl? I feel bad for you....You are the one that slept in here with Bedlam a few days back, right? I hope you wore protection..."
-
Edited by Splashback77: 11/16/2017 10:50:25 PM"What? No. I haven't slept with anyone. Bedlam slept with the floor."
-
Violet raised a brow. "Really? Maybe he has changed....I need to remove that ward sometime then..." She cleared her throat. "Sorry for assuming you'd sleep with the likes of him. Now, that solar light..." Violet walked closer, observing what was in Sarah's palm.
-
The flaming light was radiating warmth at some distances. It was bright, and like fire.
-
"Hmm...can you hand it over?" Violet placed her hands out in front of her. "No worries, I should be able to carry it even if I don't have any light of my own."
-
Edited by Splashback77: 11/16/2017 11:36:49 PMShe handed it over. The solar light was warm, and strong. Blunt, until it would burn.
-
Violet held it, moving it around in her hands easily as if she were already experienced with the energy. "What would happen if I were to absorb this?"
-
"You'll either burn or be fine."
-
"Doubt I'll burn....Just wasn't sure if the light would kill me." Violet slowly absorbed the energy into her hands, being sure to take it as safely as she could.
-
It seemed... open to her.
-
"Hmm. Thank you, Sarah. I have a certain connection to magic...with this I'll be able to learn a lot more than just from reading."
-
"Yes. Experience is a good teacher," she agreed.
-
"Is there anything I could help you with in return? I have all the knowledge anyone could ever want and plenty of useful artifacts for use..."
-
"Can I help you rearrange the shelves?" She asked.
-
Violet seemed a bit confused by the request. "Well, considering your telekinesis, I guess. I'm not sure if that's necissary though. Don't you want to be paid back somehow? There's a lot I can do for you."
-
"Nothing," she replied. If someone who knew her well was nearby, they would know she was lying. But she knew she could never get what she wanted.
-
"Nothing? At all?" Violet raised a brow, not convinced by Sarah. "I could help you mess with Bedlam if he's a friend of yours. You can't tell me you wouldn't at least like help screwing with that guy."
-
"No. I mean, Blake would be happy to prank people. But not me."
-
"Alright. I guess I won't help you force him to tell the truth." She shrugged. "I'd rather arrange the books alone though..."
-
"Wait... tell the truth?" She asked, "Okay, I wanna know."
-
Violet chuckled. "People always love the idea of learning the truth. Here." From out of nowhere in particular a small vial with a clear liquid inside floated over to Sarah. "Pour this into a drink or onto a food and have him ingest it. He'll be forced to answer anything you ask of him truthfully for a whole day."
