There was a forest nearby, and Dale was picking up the ship and signal better if he went in that direction. Now, the signal was broadcasting a looped message. Now all that was heard was "If anyone is out there, help." The signal was getting stronger.

With one more sniff, the monster of a man could detect where the ship was, the signal getting stronger was only making it easier. He began sprinting to awards where the trail led, hoping to find something worth his effort- and not another bandit ambush.
-
Soon, he ended up in a clearing in the forest. A small ship was landed, it seemed to have been there for awhile, being covered in moss. It seemed the entrance was on the side. The signal was now very clear.
-
He walked up to the ship, and looked at it with a crucial eye. Switching to find the smell of blood, Dale sniffed again. He quickly began attempting to open the door as he began searching for signs of wounds.
-
The door was stuck for a bit, but soon opened up. The inside was dark, it didn’t smell good, but no signs of blood. However, on a small table, a radio broadcasting the same signal was still on. Maybe now Dale could communicate to the person on the other side.
-
The large man quickly made his way over to the radio. It would take awhile before he would figure out how it worked, so he simply began fiddling with the buttons upon it.
-
One of the buttons seemed to have clicked on the microphone to respond. But then clicked off. The man talking heard it and began talking. “Wait, I heard that click, someone found it! Ha, haha, holy Christ I thought I was gonna die here. Oh thank god, I found a good spot. Listen, don’t fiddle with the buttons too much, hit the red one and hold it down, then you can talk. Oh thank god.”
-
Dale fumbled with it for a moment, but quickly got a hang of the radio before it fell- he was surprised at the voice. He clicked the red button to respond back, certain no bandits would put this much effort into a trap. "This is Dale. I heard your message. Where are you?" It seemed that the man had a blunt way of talking, at least at the moment.

Edited by Jäger: 11/29/2017 3:16:31 AM"Ok, Dale, thank god. Listen, can you follow simple instructions to open up a portal to get me out? I'm stuck in this, place, that is crawling with demons." The man responded.
-
"Look, I'd love to help you pal, but why would I open a portal full of demons that could kill me for someone I don't know?" He gripped the axe at his side. Witchcraft. Anything involving the art he hated, except for the select few. A portal full of demons should probably remain closed, right?
-
Edited by Jäger: 11/29/2017 3:23:54 AMHearing that the man talked a bit faster and in panic. "Woah, woah, woah. No, all you need to do is open up the portal, it also allows me to get out of here because it opens on my side, close the portal and boom. Demons stay here."
-
"Your call. If it's a lie- I kill you and whatever else hips out this portal. Alright, then, what're my instructions?" Dale would be careful. He'd canine every step. One wrong mistake in magic, he knew, could have terrible consequences. The burns upon his chest were a reminder.
-
"Ok, I have a certain device on that ship. Near the back is a large circular device, use one of the large batteries I have and just turn it on. That gets step 1 done."
-
Dale looked around for a moment, trying to find the thing his radio was describing... There! And a larger battery... It took a good two minutes, but the large man finally gathered the materials, and competed the first step.
-
"Ok, if a small screen on the bottom lights up blue we are good." The small screen does light up blue as he says it should. "Now, right next to the screen is an outlet, grab and extension cord and connect the device to the computer that is right near the radio."
-
"You got it, boss." Grumbling, the man followed direction, plugging in the core after the screen had turned blue. Hopefully, everything would turn out okay.
-
"Ok, now, the computer should now show a black screen and two pairs of parentheses. Give me some time, I need to get these coordinates, then just enter them in as follows. And do exactly as I say, one false number, and the entire thing can be screwed." After some time, he finally responded. "Ok, this is the first set. -115 and 256 make sure a comma separates them. Next is 45 and -332. Got it?"
-
"1...15..." Dale began punching in the coordinates with the radio held against his ear, carefully following instructions, as not to leave the man trapped in there forever. "Alright, it's done."
-
"Is the portal open on your side?" A large orange portal was open in the ship. He wasn't able to see inside but it was there.
-
"Yeah..." Dale placed the radio down, and kept his axe in his right hand, and pulled the SMG off his leg to aim at the portal. He'd be watchful.
-
Edited by Jäger: 11/29/2017 4:47:39 AM"Uhh, the portal just opened. About 20 yards from me. But it was loud, and now they're on to me again. Step back from the portal and get ready to close it." Soon, the man was seen running through, but the arms of demons kept him back, but he was able to get through fully, but a creature had grabbed hold of the mans arm, keeping him back. "Close the damn portal before these things get through. Close it now!" He shouted, shooting other monsters trying to get through, keeping them back.
-
Dale did as the man said- pulling the cord so that the portal collapsed upon the arms of the demon and cut them off. He looked upon the man that came out with an interest. "So- what were you doing in there?"
-
Edited by Jäger: 11/29/2017 4:57:42 AM"Ah god -blam!-ing damnit!" The man cried out in pain. He gripped wjere his arm used to be. Now just a bloody mess. "Piece of shit tore my arm off, -blam!-!" The man was a bit short, about 6'1". His gear was mostly black with a digital pattern. He wore a helmet with a visor that had a blue "X". "Thanks." He mutters out.
-
"No problem. In any case, I know what losing your arm feels like. I'll help you out. Where are the medical supplies?" Dale began searching for them methodically, the man popping out of the portal not interrupting his rock solid focus upon his tasks.
-
The man flips a switch to turn on the lights. “Uhh, there’s a compartment right under your feet. Should be a small handle, just pull it up, supplies are underneath.” He says, he talked with shakiness in his voice.
-
Dale found the supplies, and got them out. He didn't really know anything about first aid, but he knew at least he had to stop the bleeding. He quickly pulled the bandages, and walked near the man, wrapping the white cloth over the massive wound. "Your pain will be great. Hold still."
